What a wonderful experience we had at Viva’s cooking class! Joined by our friends Matt and Nicol, we spent an unforgettable evening learning to prepare traditional Greek dishes under the expert guidance of Viva herself. On the menu: Kefalonian meat pie, a vibrant Greek salad, and delicious Yemisto (stuffed vegetables) — each dish bursting with authentic flavour and made with love. Viva is truly an amazing lady. Her warmth, humour, and storytelling brought the kitchen to life. As we cooked, she shared funny and heartfelt stories from her life, making the evening feel like a gathering of old friends rather than a class. After the cooking, we sat down to enjoy our meal together with Viva and her lovely husband George. Sharing food, laughter, and conversation around the table was the perfect way to end the evening.
