Extra virgin olive oil by chef Viva.
This year 2nd Generation olive grove came to my hands from my parents.
The olive grove has 18 beautiful olive Trees, the trees are 70 years old, all of the trees are Koroneiki.
It’s an honor for me to inherit such a treasure. I always use olive oil in all my dishes and I’ll treasure it so I am honored to inherit these trees and also produce my own olive oil.
This year we’ll be my first year to produce my own extra virgin olive oil.
So I introduce you Viva’s extra virgin olive oil.
My olive grove is in the region of the beautiful island of Kefalonia in Pilaro, Divarata.
