Greek Style Chicken with Lemon (Kotopoulo Lemonato)
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 2 or 3 pound or 950g chicken, cut into pieces
- 3 white potatoes, peeled and quartered
- Juice of 1 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon of Dried oregano
- 1/2 cup of feta crumble
- 3 Cloves Of garlic finely chopped
- 1/2 sweet paprika
Merry How to Make Greek Lemon Chicken:
Preheat the oven to 500 F,260 C.
Transfer to 3-quart casserole surround with the potatoes.
Drizzle the mixture with the lemon juice and hot water and add your salt pepper oregano feta cloves of garlic sweet paprika and Olive oil mix everything with your hands
bake the chicken to 180 200 for 1 hour, or until chicken is tender, basting every 20 minutes.
Remove chicken to a serving platter and pour the juices from the pan over chicken and potatoes. It’s a very easy dish it took me too prepare everything 10 minutes and I even Cut up the chicken.This will be your families favorite dish. this will be your families favorite dish
