3 Organic in season tomatoes

2 in season organic cucumbers

2 green papers organic

1 red Onion

300 grams of good Greek feta

200 grams of Kalamon Olives

Vinaigrette

6 tablespoons of Extra Virgin olive oil

3 tablespoons of organic vinegar

1/2 tablespoon Greek oregano

Salt

In bowl cut tomatoes cucumbers peppers onions and your feta and olives

In a bowl with a fork beat your olive oil vinegar salt and oregano good luck

This salad I have in the summer when all the Vegetables are in season that’s when it’s the best time to have this beautiful salad!!
